You don’t have to upend your life to change it
If you’re here, it’s probably because something in your life—or someone’s life you care about—isn’t working. The anxiety is relentless. The depression won’t lift. Substance use is becoming harder to hide. You’ve tried therapy or psychiatry, but it hasn’t been enough. Maybe your job or partner is saying, “You need to do something.”
Bright Sky Integrative Recovery offers a new way forward.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a middle path—providing meaningful, structured support beyond weekly therapy, in a format that allows you to live at home and continue with daily life. We help you stabilize, heal, and regain clarity—while remaining engaged in your work, relationships, and routines.
Who we help
For Adults Navigating Mental Health Challenges
You may be functioning on the outside, but inside it’s a different story. Our program is here for adults (18+) who are struggling with:
Persistent depression or mood disorders
Anxiety that feels unmanageable or stuck in overdrive
OCD and compulsive thought patterns
ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and burnout
Attachment wounding and patterns rooted in early relational trauma
PTSD, unresolved trauma or grief, and nervous system dysregulation
Neurodivergence, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
We don’t just focus on reducing symptoms - we help you move toward total mental wellness.
For People Seeking Recovery from Substance Use
Substance use can feel like a coping tool—until it isn’t. Our approach to addiction recovery is grounded in compassion and neuroscience. We focus on identifying and healing the core wounds that fuel addiction and substance use. We work with individuals who:
Feel caught in a cycle of craving, impulsivity, and regret
Are high-functioning but struggling in private
Want to stop or reduce substance use, but haven’t been able to
Have tried treatment before and want something more personal and effective
At Bright Sky, you’ll reconnect with yourself - and learn tools that support lasting recovery, nervous system regulation, and a more grounded sense of calm.
When both are true
So often, substance use and mental health struggles are intertwined. When overwhelm, grief, or emotional pain take hold, substances can seem like a way to turn down the volume - until, eventually, they only turn it up.
Many of our clients experience both mental health challenges and substance use issues. That’s not unusual - and it doesn’t mean you’re beyond help. At Bright Sky, we’re equipped to treat both together, in a way that honors your full story, not just your symptoms. Healing happens when we look at the whole picture and walk toward clarity - one step at a time.

For referring providers
If you’re working with a client who is stuck, plateauing, or declining, Bright Sky offers a next level of care that’s deeply supportive and based on the latest research.
We provide care across ASAM levels of care 0.5 to 2.5, and place clients based on an initial clinical assessment. We are an ideal referral for:
Adults who need more than weekly sessions can provide
Clients facing complex co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns
Individuals preparing for or returning from a higher level of care
Clients who need more intensive support but aren’t appropriate for inpatient
Our curriculum includes somatic, experiential, and evidence-based modalities rarely seen in other outpatient programs - like Safe and Sound Protocol, acupuncture, TMS, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. We believe in collaboration and welcome co-management or transition planning with community providers.
